Sewerage Issues Resolved in Nundah

What would you do if you found sewerage on your lawn while hanging out some washing in the backyard? After feeling sick and having a mini freak out, I would like to find plumbers northside who can fix the problem. When she encountered the same situation, our client in Nundah did exactly that.

The ORG (overflow relief gully) at the back of the property was overflowing with sewerage when our tradesman arrived onsite and inspected the blocked drains. This is exactly what the ORG is designed for, to prevent sewerage overflow into the home it redirects waste outside into the yard.

With the plumbers northside aware that there was a blockage in the sewer line, a camera was inserted through the inspection opening to locate it. A tree root had broken through the sewer pipe and was acting as a plug at about 9 metres when he came up to the blockage. To clear the tree roots, the root-cutting head of the high-pressure jetter was inserted through the IO. Thanks to the use of our camera, we were able to confirm that the blockage had been cleared and we were able to see where the tree roots broke through the pipe.

Following the completion of the project, our report and photos were sent to the owners along with a quote to replace the damaged pipe. But that's a story for another day.
