Had a gas leak and the response from Aptus was immediate. The guy that came out after hours was Mitch. He was fantastic, informing me of his ETA. He was efficient, friendly and helpful. He got the job done quite quickly considering, and was happy to show me how to safely reignite my pilot flame in the gas box (not sure what it’s called), located at the front of the property. I would highly consider Mitch to be the contact plumber for my other property.

Our storm water system was causing issues with blockages, over flowing gutters and downpipes. Nick used the jet rodder to clear the pipes and a camera to pinpoint exactly where the problems were so it can be repaired with out too much digging.

Aptus Plumbing attended the property we rent to fix a drainage issue that had come to our attention during the February storms QLD experienced.
Their tradesmen came out to investigate and during this visit found the cause of the issue and temporarily fixed this ( avoiding further issues with the recent downpour of rain ) until the completed repairs could be done. Their professionalism and quality of work was exceptional.

A new outside pump and downpipe installed into the water tank on two different occasions. Very helpful prompt same day service. Receptionist a pleasure to speak with and all nice fellows that attend to work orders. Aptus Plumbing arrived early next morning after our Real Estate Agent contacted. It wasn't super urgent but very inconvenient to have a leak where we couldn't contain the drip easily in the bucket. Our family has utilised the services of Aptus Plumbing & Gas since they commenced business about 8 or 9 years ago. More recently we replaced our original HWS that was 17 years old and installed an additional smaller unit to service another part of the house. As part of the works they had to remove two solar HWS panels and the ground tank, and also redundant piping through the roof cavity. Great job! The team were on time as agreed and communications with Brett and his staff was timely and efficient. Quality workmanship with the pipe work and electrical, and furthermore they left the worksite clean and tidy afterwards, which makes a real difference. Our four year old hot water system stopped heating. Found Aptus through Google search and decided to go with them given the number of 5 star reviews and their reasonable rates. Grant arrived in 3 hours. His tests showed the thermostat had failed. He replaced it straight away. All done in 20 minutes. He then asked if there was anything else. He fixed a minor plumbing issue, no extra charge. With the $40 discount for 1st time the labour charge was 1/3 we would have paid if we had used the system's manufacturer. Grant was courteous and friendly. We highly recommend Aptus.

We had an underground leak with no evidence on the surface just the water meter showed it, Aptus found it by putting gas down the pipes it was absolutely amazing. They fixed it the same day and stopped the water leak which in only ten days cost $5000 for water, Their bill was trivial in comparison to the water cost.
