Health, Hygiene and Information on COVID-19

The safety and security of our Clients and Employees is, and will always be, our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
In response to the growing fears around the spread of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus), we have taken additional steps to ensure our cleaning and hygiene protocols are even more rigorous:
- By increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of all high traffic areas and commonly touched surfaces throughout the day.
- Employees will be encouraged to regularly and thoroughly clean their hands with an alcohol- based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.
- Maintain at least 1.5 metre distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
- Avoid physical contact when greeting.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Immediately dispose of the used tissue.
We request that all Employees evaluate their own health and that of people they are in close contact with and stay at home if they begin to feel unwell, even with mild symptoms such as a headache and slight runny nose.
However, you our Clients must tell us if any of the following apply:
- You have arrived in Australia from midnight 15 March 2020 - you are required to self-isolate for 14 days.
- Or you think you may have been in close contact with a person who has been diagnosed with COVID 19 or is displaying the symptoms of COVID-19 - you are required to self-isolate for 14 days.
- Or you have traveled to another area and are showing symptoms of COVID-19 - you should tell your doctor and arrange to be tested.
Please note that our Employees have also been requested not to attend work if any of the above apply.
We encourage everyone to adhere to the following important safety measures that the World Health Organisation have recommended to limit the spread of COVID-19.
