We love working together but as one of our plumbers you will be out on the road every day, working mostly autonomously while still coming into the office about once a fortnight.

Now, sometimes, things go awry and the job isn't always completed to perfection, but you're not going to be treated unfairly when that happens.
You'll be shown a high level of respect while we work out the facts, you can be certain that you'll always be treated fairly and with respect.
